cfortran software package provides Header file permitting Fortran routines to be called in C/C++, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cfortran
cfortran is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cfortran package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cfortran *
You will get with cfortran package name, version, architecture and description in a table
